A1: For Sample order ,we always have stock and can send out immediately ;For mass order ,it takes 14-30days

A3: We do not provide free sample, but if your total order(s) amount reach 500 pieces amount, we can return the sample fee.

Q4: Can you supply with Europe/USA/Australia/UK power plug?

A4: Yes ,we provide power plug by your standard .

Q5: Do you accept my own design and logo printing ?

A5: Yes, we can provide free logo printing, any customized design is welcomed.

Q6: What is the return and replacement process ?

A6: We support the no reason return within 7 days ,and replacement within 15 days .But the freight will be paid by your own .

Q7: The theory of LCD projector?

A7: There are 3 kinds technology projector on the market, include the LCD, DLP, LCOS . The LCD projector use the LCD display to show the images and contents .Compare other two technology projector ,it has vivid color and higher contrast , and the cost of it is lower than others .
